Terrain: The event arena is located in the S. Germantown Recreational Park and Maryland Soccerplex, a
vast area of soccer fields and other recreational facilities. The Advanced courses will utilize the
deciduous wooded areas of the adjacent Hoyles Mill Conservation Park, which is mostly flat. There are
some areas with medium climb. Contours are subtle and some areas are bland with point features. Small
rocky point features are abundant for the region. Forested vegetation varies from fast run open areas,
to areas with low bushes, or more densely packed immature trees. The vegetation is well defined.
